Sune is a senior commercial and finance executive with 25+ years of international experience across the maritime transportation, port operations, and marine industries. He has held Chief Commercial Officer roles at Unifeeder and Copenhagen Malmö Port and spent more than a decade in leadership positions at Svitzer and the Maersk Group across Europe, China, and Latin America.

With a strong foundation in both commercial growth and finance transformation, Sune has driven profitable expansion, implemented data-driven pricing models, built fit-for-purpose finance organizations, and led major re-structuring and digitisation initiatives – including ERP, CRM, BI, and technology-enabled performance improvements.

Known for his strategic mindset, analytical depth, and collaborative style, Sune builds trust across teams and stakeholders. He is an experienced mentor and relationship builder who excels in turning insights into action and designing scalable, effective organizations.

Sune holds an Executive MBA from London Business School and an MSc in Accounting & Controlling from Aarhus BSS. He has lived and worked in China, the U.K., Panama, El Salvador, and Denmark and brings deep cross-cultural competence to each engagement.
