With his strengths in transformation through process improvement, organisation design and digital technology solutions, his objective is to help shipping companies achieve their potential in a digital environment.

Morten Lund

Morten Lund has 15 years+ experience in business transformation leadership.
He has extensive experience from several industries, driving complex programmes within Business &
Digital Transformation and Strategy Execution.
He holds an EMBA from IMD (Honors), with focus on Strategy Execution & Transformation, and has supplemented his skill-set with programme and process related courses and certifications (MSP, CALI+II).
He has a passion for teamwork, and his focus on stakeholder management ensures a common way forward for the business, creating basis for tangible, sustainable results.
Jessy Brughmans

Jessy brings over 18 years of experience in consulting, corporate, and startups, with a focus on commercial excellence in transportation and logistics. She’s particularly drawn to the shipping industry, reflecting her international perspective and passion for people.
Her key accomplishments include founding a pricing function for a major container shipping line, contributing to significant revenue turnarounds, and leading early-stage revenue optimization tools development for a top shipping line. Additionally, she has spearheaded Container Research for a historic shipbroker.
Jessy holds two university degrees, project management certifications, and has completed courses in Digital and Futures Strategy. Renowned for her strategic, collaborative approach, Jessy excels in connecting with diverse individuals, maintaining a big-picture view, and her continuous pursuit of knowledge.
Gert-Jan Biemond

A keen curiosity and love for ships and airplanes initially paved the way for Gert-Jan’s career in shipping. Gert-Jan has more than 10 years of shipping experience in port operations, port collaboration, continuous improvements and leading DevOps teams. This, combined with his prior work in the airline industry, makes Gert-Jan a true asset in supporting companies to translate operational challenges and opportunities into digital solutions that meet stakeholder demands (customers, employees, suppliers, owners, etc.)

This is what Ravi brings to the table with his more than 18 years of experience working with data, specifically within shipping. His experience with Data Management (Business Intelligence (BI), master data, transaction data and data governance) as well as Process Management (process mapping, process engineering and process improvement). He is also a keen Business Analyst with the ability to understand and explain both the business and product requirements to technical- and development teams.
