Over the past 15+ years, he has led complex business and digital transformation programmes across multiple industries – turning strategy into execution with a clear focus on impact.

With an EMBA from IMD (Honors) in Strategy & Transformation, Morten combines strategic insight with practical execution. He is certified in programme and process management and is known for his collaborative, results-oriented approach.
