In one week, you will be trained in the essential Lean Six Sigma tools relevant for shipping and when returning to the office be able to improve processes and lead the change.
Those who have a handle on process management have a realistic view of what it takes for projects to be completed successfully. With this course, you get not only the hardcore process management and continuous improvement tools and methodology, but also transformation, change management, and facilitation tailored to the shipping industry, to ensure the human and organizational perspective on how to implement change.

With a classroom size of max 12 participants, optimal for learning and sharing industry experiences, you’ll dive into a curriculum tailored for global shipping success.
The course balances theory with practical exercises, enriched with relevant cases and discussions. Expect an engaging, informal atmosphere infused with shipping expertise.
