What we process and why
If you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company and message, to respond to your enquiry and manage the resulting business relationship. Depending on the relationship, we may retain correspondence and information needed for agreements and invoicing. Our legal bases include legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), taking steps towards or fulfilling an agreement (Article 6(1)(b)) and legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)), as applicable.
Website and service providers
This is a simple informational website. We do not use enquiry forms, advertising trackers or optional website analytics. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process technical data, including IP addresses, needed to deliver and protect the website. We use Microsoft 365 for email. Relevant providers and professional advisers may process information when needed for our business, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.
How long we retain information
We keep personal information for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information or to exercise other rights under applicable data-protection law, including objecting to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also complain to Datatilsynet.
