Challenge:
The client sought to strengthen its leadership and change capabilities by enabling middle managers and future leaders to lead projects and drive process improvement across both fleet and shore-based operations and commercial organization. There was a clear ambition to move from reactive firefighting to structured project and process leadership.
What we did:
▪️ Customized a five-day training format to fit the client’s operating model, internal terminology and working hours to keep the business running
▪️ Trained 15 colleagues across operations and commercial departments
▪️ Built skills in Lean, project execution, change management, and structured facilitation
▪️ Anchored learnings in the client’s actual improvement cases and process frameworks
▪️ Delivered coaching and follow-up sessions to support application in daily work
