Rasmus is a seasoned shipping executive with 25+ years of experience in the global shipping and energy sectors. He has held leadership roles across IT/digital, commercial, and operational domains – consistently driving value at the intersection of technology, people, and performance.

In recent years, he has led large-scale business and digital transformation initiatives – modernising legacy systems, improving core processes, and enabling teams to adapt to change. Having led these transformations from within major shipping organisations, Rasmus co-founded The Shipping Collective – a boutique shipping consulting firm with a clear mission: helping our customers win, while developing their people.
